Star Wars, The Hunger Games, Toy Story, and more will be featuring at the secret Cinema’s new interactive drive-in event. The immersive cinema specialists have to be launched The Drive-In Which will take place at the Goodwood Motor Circuit, In association with the Haagen-Dazs. The event will be launched on Sunday, July 5 with Ron Howard Rush starring Chris Hemsworth and Daniel Bruhl.
While the Secret Cinema can’t be put on their full immersive theatre experience pre-movie, there will be a 30-minute pre-screening performance that will be broadcast live via portable speakers directly into your car. So there will be a pre-show online experience where you are being introduced to the event’s hosts Frankie and Johnny Starlight and can get tips on costume inspiration and car makeover.
They’re also a chance for the attendees to show off their costumes and car decor via Zoom, to be shown on the big screen. Meanwhile, waiters will be Serve American Diner food and Haagen Dazs Ice Cream. In the Traditional Cinema remains largely will be closed, as a social distancing make it be difficult for the venues to remain profitable, so the drive-in concept is being adopted by a number of the business to bridge the gap until normality return.
