we always love superhero (supergirl) movies and wanted to be a part of it whether it is Man of Steel or Cape Crusader a.k.a The Dark Knight, Iron Man or Captain America. Superheros always inspire us and being the most important part of every children’s life.
But as the world changes, the Mentality of Human Mind is also changed with that Superhero is not only the Male who have indefinite powers but there are also Females Superheros who are powerful than man. The CW show “SUPERGIRL” tells about that power.
“SUPERGIRL” is an American Superhero Television Series developed by Ali Adler, Greg Berlanti, & Andrew Kreisberg that originally aired on CBS and premiered on October 26, 2015. The series was officially picked up on May 6, 2015, after receiving a series commitment in September 2014, and received a full-season order on November 30, 2015. Since the second season, the series has aired on The CW. The show has received generally positive reviews from critics, who have praised the creative direction, the performances, and the themes addressed. In January 2019, the series was renewed for a fifth season, which premiered on October 6, 2019.
OVERVIEW OF THE SERIES
“Supergirl” is based on the super-heroine who is an elder sibling of “Man of Steel” a.k.a Superman and the last survivor of Kryptonians. Kara Zor-El as sent to Earth from Krypton as a 13-year-old by her parents Zor-El and Alura. Krypton was exploding, and Kara’s parents sent Kara in a spacecraft to Earth after her cousin. Kara was meant to protect her infant cousin Kal-El, but her spacecraft was knocked off course and forced into the Phantom Zone, where it stayed for 24 years. By the time the spacecraft crash-landed on Earth, Kal-El had grown up and become Superman. The series begins eleven years later when the now 24-year-old Kara is learning to embrace her powers and has adopted the super-heroic alias “Supergirl”.
In last four season’s Kara forced to revel her superpowers and become the savior after which she fights with evil forces and save the earth multiple times, also making enemy like Lex Luthor and become a best friend of her half-younger sister Lana Luthor after which the season 5 lands on the “crisis on infinite earth”.
