Netflix just dropped the Trailer for Mindy Kaling’s newest TV endeavor, Never Have I Ever. This show is based on Kaling’s own childhood in suburban Massachusetts. The show follows there’s a new female teenage protagonist coming to Netflix and her name is Devi Viswakumar and the complicated life of a modern-day first-generation Indian American Teenage Girl.
It looks to get there with strong Jokes, srrong friendship, and a lot of lessons to learn about the high school experience.
Ramakrishnan stars as Devi, a first-generation Indian American immigrant who’s trying to succeed in high school and have a normal American teenage experience, too Accompanied by her best friends, the raucous temperament Ramona Young and type-A overachiever Lee Rodriguez.
Never Have I Ever is created by executive producer Mindy Kaling, with Lang Fisher serving as executive producer, showrunner and writer. The Universal Television project is also executive produced by 3 Arts Entertainment‘s Howard Klein, David Miner, and Tristram Shapeero.
And the show was born Never Have I Ever will follow our protagonist, Devi an overachieving high school sophomore who recently lost her father, She’s has a short fuse, which doesn’t get left in the best situations.
