If reports are to be believed, NBC Entertainment’s chairman is in contact with the show’s maker, Greg Daniels, about a brand new season. Five years since the last episode of The Office aired in 2013, fans still hope for Season 10. The extremely popular prime-time television series The Office has for long-teased its fans with a pending Season 10.
It is an adaptation of the original BBC series of the same name and was adapted for American television by Greg Daniels, a veteran writer for Saturday Night Live, King of the Hill, and The Simpsons.
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FOR THE RELEASE DATE OF SEASON 10?
The show which ran on NBC for nine seasons, It aired on NBC from March 24, 2005, to May 16, 2013, encompasses a total number of 201 episodes. However, Netflix’s contract with the show only lasts until 2021.
Following this, the show will be erased from the platform and shift over to NBC Universal’s upcoming digital subscription service.
WHO SHALL BE CAST IN THE OFFICE SEASON 10?
The spectacular ensemble of the talented cast will include the likes of Steve Carell, Ed Helms, Rainn Wilson, Mindy Kaling, John Krasinski, Craig Robinson, Jenna Fischer, James Spader, and Ellie Kemper. WHAT CAN WE EXPECT IN SEASON 10?
The American mockumentary sitcom television series depicts the everyday lives of office employees in the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of the fictional Dunder Mifflin Paper Company. We can expect a Christmas special as part of the series’ tenth season.
On an entertainment website John Krasinski shared the idea saying, ‘I think the UK thing that I always have pitched and wanted to do is that Christmas special thing, where we do a Christmas special this year and then two years from now, or three years from now, we do another one,’ he said.
‘I love that idea, coming back finding out where everybody is. I would totally be down for that,’ John added.
