Beastars is a Netflix original anime series. This show is based in the manga of the same name by author Paru Itagaki. After a hugely successful season 1, Beastars has grown to be one of the most popular anime available to stream on Netflix already. The manga first debuted in September 2016, and at the time of writing a total of 17 volumes have been published Since its anime adaption, the franchise has only grown in popularity with a fiercely loyal audience. Season 1 covered the first 47 chapters of the manga serialization but season 2 will roughly 50 more.
WHEN WILL IT RELEASE?
If you watched season 1 of Beastars all the way to end credits then you’ll already know that the anime series is getting a season 2. Season 1 of Beastars was broadcast in Japan from October 10th until December 26th, 2019. It eventually arrived on Netflix 3 months later on March 13th, 2020. According to the official website for Beastars season 2 isn’t scheduled for broadcast until 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the series also affected and we are assumed it will be released in early 2021.
THE CAST SCHEDULED?
We are expecting to see our favorite screen cast of season 1 again. Season 1 screencast included are Chikahiro Kobayashi as Legoshi, Sayaka Senbengi as Haru, Atsumi Tanizaki as Juno, Junya enoki as jack, Yoshiyuki Shimozuma as Voss, Yuuki ono as Louis.
DO WE KNOW WHAT THE STORY WILL BE?
The story follows with the world full of an anthropomorphic, civilized animal. The animal area divided into 2 parts. Carnivores and Herbivores are the 2 groups of animal based on their eating habits. They follow a unique way of customs and tradition, depending on their ancestor’s practices. The story mainly focuses on Legoshi, a talented grey wolf and a student of Cherryton Academy. The situation in the city becomes worse, leading the 2 communities. Many people suggest that the murder was carried with an intension to drew a line between the 2 groups of animals.
