LaCour’s grandmother shared online on Saturday that they located his sister, but not found him. The 22 year old was a security guard at the mall.
“He was a beautiful soul,” she further wrote in a later upload. “I am so much proud of Christian LaCour and glad that I saw him 2 weeks back.”
The family members of Christian LaCour revealed that they are still processing his passing and it has broken their hearts. As per his family, he served as a security guard at the mall.
The identities of other victims still remain unknown till now. FBI has asked people with information to call on the number 1-800-CALL-FBI.
Around eight people were killed in the mass shooting which has ten place at the Allen Premium Outlets mall based in Allen, Texas, on Saturday, 6th of May 2023. Several others got serious injuries and they are being treated at the nearby hospitals.
The suspected gunman who has been identified as Mauricio Garcia, was fatally shot by a police officer of Allen at the crime scene, as reported by the police authorities.
Wylie Independent School District emailed their community on Monday for sharing the news about the two elementary school students who died in that mass shooting.
The district identified the victims as two sisters from which one was in 4th grade and they are named Daniela Mendoza and the other was a 2nd-grader, named Sofia Mendoza. The girls’ mother, Ilda, is in critical condition, as per Wylie ISD.
Wylie ISD is leaving it to parents to tell their children about Mendozas’ passing. Their counseling is also offering different services and also giving resources to their students, staff, and their families.
Cases of mass shootings in the United States have seen an increase in 2023.
