Horror movies are fun to watch! I mean, if you see it in such a way. And whenever we talk about horror movies, there’s no way the movie Conjuring or Annabelle won’t come out. Even if you like it or not. Their real-life stories will leave you terrified and uncovering many secrets. There are countless movies, but these will give you chills down your spine and leave you in awe.

The Conjuring Universe is filled with paranormal horror movies and their spinoffs. It has two different film trilogies of The Conjuring and Annabelle. With so many events taking place at various points in time, the lineup of the movies is vague. But there’s a way to do so!

The series of films started with the paranormal investigators couple Lorraine and Ed Warren, who solve cases together. The Conjuring is the original series that started way back in the 1950s in Romania and lasted till the 1980s. But other than the expanded version of the series of The Conjuring Universe, it has created stories exceeding Warrens’s creations.

While the spinoff movies concentrate on the origins of some of the demons the Warrens have faced, the primary series covers their endeavors to save humans who become possessed by demonic spirits.

The Watch Order of Conjuring And Annabelle

The spinoffs and prequels of The Conjuring have introduced the roots for the demonic-possessed doll Annabelle, which consists of three movies, the cursed Nun Valak and the sniveling woman La Llorona.

When The Conjuring: Trilogy premiered in theaters, the events depicted in each of the three films happened in the correct order. But its spinoffs, including Annabelle movies and The Nun or The Curse of La Llorona, are to blame for confusing a timeline and making it difficult to understand how the connections between them related to the fact that they weren’t released in the correct order.

Each of these prequels features a plot that is intertwined with a different period in the Warren family’s haunted past and set at a distinct moment in history.
