YBNL Nation member, Queen Bee has come to the defence of Afrobeats sensation, Fireboy DML who came under heavy fire after he performed at the pre-inauguration concert of president-elect Bola Tinubu.
No fewer than 46 musicians were booked for the concert which held on Thursday, May 25, 2023 and the ‘Peru’ crooner was among those who honoured the invitation.

Reacting to the backlash, Queen Bee revealed that Seyi Tinubu was the person who took Fireboy to meet his boss, Olamide.
She tweeted; “Lol most of them don’t know Seyi Tinubu introduced Fireboy DML to Olamide.”
Some other social media users also shared reasons why they believed Fireboy did nothing wrong.
@TheSilvapr; Seyi Tinubu was part of the reason Olamide signed Fireboy and you expect Fireboy not to perform for Tinubu?? if na you, you no go perform? cancel una.
@Officially_Kriz; Seyi Tinubu was the one that introduced Fireboy DML to Olamide & gave him a life changing opportunity in YBNL. Y’all want Damola to hang his friend dry because of twitter for red pen .
