In addition to that, when Lord Crave was out, he was then attacked by an assassin but managed to defeat him. With this, Cassian finds out that it is possible that Arne has single-handedly resolved the Emperor’s plot and wonders how exactly she did do that.
After that, we see Arne and Lord Crave and Arne are having tea in the garden of the palace, where she reveals that the person trying to kill their leader all this time was none other than the Emperor. She also wants him to keep this a secret for now because they don’t have any concrete evidence. That is, she believes that it would be detrimental if they act rashly.
When Lord Crave asks Arne why she thinks he wants to kill her, she says that they might be any reason, although she doesn’t know exactly why. After that, he wonders how a person as nonchalant as her managed to worry the Duke and asks her how did she kill the people who ambushed her.
