The son of Wendy and James Magaro, John Magaro was born on February 16, 1983, in Akron, Ohio, and raised in Munroe Falls, a nearby suburb.
He was brought up in his mother’s religion; his mother is Jewish and his father is of Italian ancestry. His parents worked in education. John started appearing in regional productions while still a student in the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District.
