Solar Opposites! The animated Hulu series was being created by the team behind Rick and Morty, following a group of four aliens who will crash-land on Earth and must now learn to live among humans and as a family. The adult Cartoon is filled with pop culture references, crude humor, uncensored violence, and a lot of LOL-moments.
Solar Opposites has been renewed for a third season, The Hollywood Reporter has been confirmed. Developed by Justin Roilnad and Mike McMahan, the adult-aimed animated series centers on the aliens Korvo (Roiland), Terry (Thomas Middleditch), Yumyulack (Sean Giambrone) and Jesse (Mary Mack), who will be been forced to take refuge in the middle American following the destruction of their more advantage home and planet.
Considering Rick and Morty is the Kind od show whose dense plotting Inspires lengthy theorizing and hypothesizing, It’s only fitting that Justin ERoiland gave Solar Opposites its own obsession-fueled story elements, albeit with completely different style and substance. Of course, both Roiland and McMahan knew The Wall was a lofty concept that wouldn’t be the easiest about the putting the piece in the place, and how lucky they were to land at Hulu.
Stay tuned for more from CinemaBlend’s interview with Solar Opposites creators Justin Roilnad and Mike McMahan. All eight episodes from Season 1 are currently available to stream on Hulu.
