Moon Knight was created by Doug Moench and Don Perlin and first appeared, appropriately enough in the pages of Marvel’s Werewolf by Night series in1975. The release date has not been officially confirmed as yet, and as there are a fair few series of it in the line of production, it may be a while the show will reportedly start filming in November 2020 in Atalanta, though the show in not expected to be released until at least 2022. Moon Knight is one of the few superheroes who has struggled with mental illness during his career, as well at one point believing that his entire superheroic life had been a hallucination.
Moon Knight was officially announced by Kevin Feige at last year’s D23 Fan Expo, alongside separate shows She Hulk and Ms. Marvel these will be among the first Marvel TV programs launched on Disney’s own streaming service.
Moon Knight seems to involve a much darker plotline as compared to She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel suggested by rumors that horror characters Werewolf by Night and Dracula would be appearing.
Following the show order of The Punisher in April 2016, some reports declared that Netflix was developing three other vigilante series about Blade, Ghost Rider, and Moon Knight In April 2018, Kevin Feige revealed that Noon Knight was definitely being discussed for the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The viewers are currently asking another character from the MCU among the foreseen names will combine the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marc Spector called the vigilante Moon Knight that is coated is excellent to join the franchise.
