Blood and Treasure is an Action-adventure show on CBS. As the show is coming to its end, and fans are wondering whether there will be another series of the show. And there is good news for fans, CBS officially confirmed the news at the end of June 2019 that Blood and Treasure would be returning.
WHEN WILL IT PREMIERE?
In June 2019, the creators announced the renewal of season 2. The season 1 of Blood and Treasure premiered on May 21, 2019, and the news season is likely to follow the same pattern as season 1 and will release in May 2020 as filming started in October 2019. There has not been any official announcement of the release date.
Blood and Treasure have had 5.71 million viewers so far, and a 17% increase compares to the same time slot of summer 20018.

An official announcement on the screencast for the new upcoming season has also not been made but the entire main cast is likely to return. Matt Barr will reprise his role as Danny McNamara and Sofia Pernas as Lexi Vaziri. Oded Fehr should be returned as Karim Farouk and Michael James Shaw as Alden Shaw, Katia Winter as Gwen Karlsson, James Callis as Simon Hardwick, Alicia Coppola as Anna Castillo and Mark Gagliardi as Father Chuck.
WHAT WILL BE HAPPEN?
The storyline of the show around the Adventure of two very different persons for one aim. An antiquities expert and former FBI agent meet an art thief to take down a terrorist who runs his terror attacks with the money from stolen tressure. As the story gets unfolded, Danny and Lexi realize that they are stuck in the middle of 2000 years old war for civilization.
