Made in Abyss has been written by Akihito Tsukushi and is published by Takeshobo. It is believed that season 2 is currently under production. Made in Abyss has also received a movie which is set to premiere this month, and if any work is to be done in season 2. This is officially confirmed that Made in Abyss season 2 is in the early stages of production.
Made in Abyss was directed by Masayuki Kojima, written by Hideyuki Kurata and featured character designs by Kazuchika Kise.
WHEN WILL IT PREMIERE?
There is officially confirmed season 2 will release in Japan around Fall 2020. The Made in Abyss Down of the Deep Soul release date happened on January 17, 2020. The release date for the United States is scheduled for Anime Boston on April 11, 2020.
North American theater screenings with English subtitles will commence on April 15, 2020. The English dub for the Made in Abyss movie will premiere on April 13, 2020.
THE CAST
Most of the main screncast will return for the season 2 but, there might be few changes in the rest of the screencast and according to the storyline and plot.

The anime show sequel could be continued with another movie sequel, but the anime show sequel is more likely to season 2 based on the pacing of the manga source material.
