Diablo: Immortal is a mobile hack-and-slash game that serves as a spin-off of Blizzard’s famous Diablo series. Despite being announced two years ago, the game has no set release date.
WHAT IS DIABLO IMMORTAL?
This series is set on the events that happened in between the timeline of Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and Diablo 3. Accordingly narrates the ”untold” story of the Diablo saga.
The story if the mobile game reads, ” In Diablo Immortal, the fragments of the Worldstone corrupt the land, and demonic invaders pour into Sanctuary.”
ACTIVISION BLIZZARD STOCK DROPS AFTER THE GAME’S ANNOUNCED:
The upcoming mobile game has maintained a relatively low profile since its initial announcement in 2018. In February, when Diablo Immortal was confirmed to be entering testing this year by COO Coddy Johnson during Activision Blizzard’s Q4 earnings call. Following the trailer, it seems like the game is getting ready to officially release sometime soon.
