‘Legends of Tomorrow’ released its season 5 final last week, and if you’re wondering whether and not the time-travel show is coming back for season 6, and Currently the show is set to return to The CW in 2021. The network handed out season 6 renewal to Legends of Tomorrow back on January 2 or 2 weeks before it officially kicked off its season 5. But since the CW won’t be launching new episodes until January 2021 due to production delays brought about by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
After spending the last 2 seasons time traveling to face supernatural creatures, history’s greatest villains sent back from Hell, and saving the world from the Fates of Greek myths, the Legends will cross the final frontier and go into outer space in Legends of Tomorrow season 6. Details about these space aliens are limited, but as far as how they would look like, show creators Phil Klemmer told TV insider said that their physical appearance will likely be inspired by extraterrestrial characters featured in the B- movies of the 70s and 80s like they live and Mars attacks.
In addition to Lotz, Ashe, Sobhian, other actors officially confirmed to return for season 6 are Jes Macallan as Ava Sharpe, Matt Ryan as John Constantine, Dominic Purcell as Mick Rory, and Nick Zano as Nate Heywood. The identity of Sara’s abductors is still a mystery as she was beamed up into a ship without any of the Legends noticing.
There has not been a need to collect those saints together from over each display but we would not be amazed if the CW’s scaled-down League winds up being the overwhelming attention in the subsequent hybrid and this implies the Legends will soon be engaged with some limitation through Sara. The Arrowverse show’s season 5 has so far seen The Legends traveling across the multiverse in an attempt to locate the scattered pieces of the Loom of Fate but it looks like season 6 is set to take things to a new level entirely.
