The Talk is an American Talk show that debuted on October 18, 2010, and this show is created and presented by Sara Gilbert and As part of CBS’s daytime programming block. In December 2009, CBS Officially announced the cancellation of As the World Turns after 54 Years, and was looking for a program to replace the long-running soap opera in its time slot.
From the Creator Sara Gilbert who also served as a host and executive producer for the first 9 seasons, The Talk features discussion on current events, pop, culture, contemporary issues, and family And the cohosts include Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl underwood Eve, Carrie Ann Inaba and Marie Osmond.
FORMAT OF THIS SHOW:-
The Talk has a format similar in style to ABC’s The View and the opening segment of the broadcast is known as Everybody Talks and usually runs a combined 12 to 25 minutes over multiple segments depending on the number of stories featured and the number of guests.
On most editions the Top Talker serves as the final segment of the topical discussion, featuring a rotating set of contributors most of whom are correspondents hosts of entertainment-related news magazines and programs.
THE NEW PERSON ON “THE TALK”
The Popular recurring guest co-host is going full time on “The Talk” and The Talk officially announced live today that Carrie Ann Inaba has joined as a New Host of the Daytime Emmy Award-Winning Talk show and Inaba made her official debut today, joining Eve, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, and Sheryl Underwood.
Behind the camera, Inaba has choreographed and staged performance for American Idol, American Juniors, Dance Fever, Television Land Awards Kids Choice Awards, American Music Awards, and Miss America pageants which she hosted last year and the multifaceted Inaba began performing professionally at age 18 when she moved to Japan where she released three singles as a recording artist.
