The Widow season 2 has not been Officially Confirmed by ITV and Amazon Studio as the first series of the Kate Beckinsale drama comes to a close this evening. The window draws to a close tonight after a month of heart-pounding action in a story spanning across continents and set over the course of several years. The widow follows Hollywood actress Kate Beckinsale as a bereaved woman who will have never given up hope her husband could still be alive years after he was thought to have perished in an airplane crash in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Widow stars Kate Beckinsale as Georgia, a woman who journeys to Africa in search of her husband and is determined to find him. She told her husband has died after his plane crashes in the Congolese jungle, but Georgia is not buying it. Season one sees Georgia searching for an answer and is not letting anyone get in her way to tell her otherwise.

The widow season one premiere on Amazon Prime on March 1, 2019. We have no clues yet whether ITV or Amazon Prime Video plan to renew the series for season 2.
