ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Ottessa Moshfegh born and brought up in Boston, 1981. Ottessa received her MFA from Brown University in 2011. She made her debut in the writing field through a novella McGlue in 2014. Then came her first novel, Eileen, in 2015, which brought her many dignitary awards and global recognition. She is also the author of My Year of Rest and Relaxation and several short stories.
She won the Believer Book Award in 2014 for her Book McGlue. She got amazing success for the debut novel Eileen and her book was shortlisted for the 2016 Man Booker Prize, Her Book Homesick for another World was 2018 The Story Prize finalist.
