Undoubtedly, the show’s first installment, which follows one’s whimsical journey into the unknowns, managed to captivate viewers. And naturally, fans what to know if there will be season 2.
SEASON 2 RELEASE DATE.
Season 1 premiered on March 1, 2020, on AMC at 10/9 c. The two-night premiere was followed by the second episode, airing on March 2, 2020, at 10/9 c. After this, the rest of the episodes were released weekend every Monday. The first season consisted of April 27, 2020.
On a positive note, Dispatches From Everywhere was conceptualized as an anthology series. Therefore, the makers had not planned it as a one-off. Season 1 might have been a standalone story but season 2 can be a different tale together. Even when creator Jason Segel was asked about its potential renewal during the TCA, he gave a very cryptic reply to Deadline: “I actually don’t want to give too much away if we are lucky enough to continue. It’s an exciting experience we will be where it goes.” Worthwhile to note here is the fact that he did not negate the possibility of the new season.
