Netflix latest’s original film is a tense thriller featuring two up and coming stars Dangerous Lies sees Camila Mendes Riverdale and Jessie T. Usher. Dangerous Lies is the sort of movie that you don’t want to know too much about before watching for this kind of thing, outrageous plot twists are a big part of the fun. Mendes’ co-star in Dangerous Lies, Jessie Usher, isn’t quite as well known not yet, anyway but he’s the very definition of an up and comer. The young star has already appeared in a few big-budget blockbusters. Dangerous Lies’ supporting cast is nothing to sneeze at, either, Jamie Chung, the former Real World Star who’s gone on to appear in projects like Zack Snyder’s sucker Punch.
WHAT IS DANGEROUS LIES ABOUT?
Dangerous Lies is about a woman named Katie, who accepts a caretaker job for a wealthy old man in Chicago. The two of them become good friends, so much so that when he suddenly passes away, she is named in his will as the sole their to his vast estate.
Dangerous Lies on Netflix shares its name with a young adult novel by Becca Fitzpatrick, but it, not an adaption and they are completely unrelated.
