James Gunn has officially confirmed the death in Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and also revealed that he has no plans of making a fourth movie in the franchise. Recently, Gun has dropped a bomb on the fans of the GOTG series as he confirmed a death in the upcoming third installment. Gunn, however, did not officially confirm which superhero and character from the movie series will see its end in GOTG 3. Gunn also confirmed that he has no plans of making a fourth GOTG film.
The initial Phase 4 plan consists of movies through to the end of 2021, so it looked like we’d be getting Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 in 2022.
As Marvel’s Phase 4 project, James Gunn will be directing Guardians of The Galaxy 3. He had directed the first 2 parts and both the movies received great responses. Actor Christ Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, and Pom Kiementieff have become like a family on GOTG and we are a part of it too.
The star cast included are Peter Quill as Chris Pratt, Drax as Dave Bautista, Mantis Pom Klementieff and Groot voiced by Vin Diesel are all return and in one piece after the snap, rejoicing rockets with the voice of Bradley Cooper and the motion capture talents of Sean Gunn and Nebula as Karen Gillan.
We have also managed to piece together the fact that the film will be set at least 4 years after the events of Guardians 2, as well as after the events of Avengers Infinity War and its sequel.
The expectation is that Ayesha will be setting him on the tracks of her enemies. the Guardians although Gunn later played down that rumor. Warlock also has a connection to the infinity Gems and Infinity Stones in the MCU but didn’t show up in Infinity War and Endgame.
